About the Project​

Tariq Sharif SmartCity is a mega real estate project, devised to meet the decades old needs of Gujar Khan and greater potohar region. This multi disciplinary initiative is carefully designed to up lift the regions Real Estate, Commercial, Medical, Educational, Leisure and Social Sectors.
It is a landmark project of The Wise Group. With substantial expertise in the field of Construction and Land development, European and Island of Mauritian. Tariq Sharif Bhatti , chairman of the Wise Group, is achieving a lifelong goal by undertaking this massive project, driven by his desire to give back to his country. The pinnacle of Tariq Sharif Bhatti's record of social welfare activities is Tariq Sharif Smart City.

Location and Motivation

The project is ideally located in Gujar Khan City of Potohar region easily accessible, through National High Way, 31 Kilometers from Islamabad Capital Territory, hardly 20 minutes’ drive from DHA Islamabad and close to Mangla, Dina and Mirpur (Azad Jammu and Kashmis),which are densely populated regions by families of overseas Pakistanis. . In this area, there is, no suitable or purposely built facilities for Education, Commerce, Sports and Housing.
This area is also suffering from lack of healthcare and associated educational facilities of International standards; therefore, people have to rush towards Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore for their necessities.
Overseas Pakistani’s are also willing to invest for the elevating Educational and living standard of their beloved ones, which is missing here.
Gujar Khan City is heavily populated there is no further place for commercial activities except a century old small bazars with narrow streets, without parking facilities.
Spanning over thousands of Kanals, Tariq Sharif Smart City includes Residential Block, Commercial Enclave, Medical Block and Educational Blocks. Complementing such blocks are a cluster of wide road networks, community centres, mosques, schools and member clubs.
